Heartburn or Acid reflux is one of the most ordinary medical dilemmas for the people in modern world. Treating heartburn is not as easy as many may think. But if you know clearly how to treat heartburn, it will not be so hard. With each one being continuously in a rush and no time to sit down and eat it is no surprise why it arises.

The valve that controls this process widely known as LES is unlaxed and the acids from the guts reflux into the esophagus irritating its fragile lining.
 
 Discerning the origins for the heartburn it will be easier for you to pass up them. The causes are eating enormous amounts of cooking, particularly prior to go to bed, or absorbing juices and citrus fruits, spicy and very seasoned cooking, raw onions and vinegar.
As well beverages like coffee, decaffeinated coffee and colas, alcohols and teas lead to heartburn.
